Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dip each piece of fish first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the fish nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
