Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each piece of fish first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
