Delicious and spicy Korean BBQ chicken skewers that are perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust the level of gochujang to control the spiciness.
- Serve with a side of rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
