Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
