Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, and rice vinegar to make the Yum Yum Sauce.
- To serve, place cooked rice in a bowl, top with shrimp, drizzle with Yum Yum Sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion.
