Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and cilantro.
  5. For the margarita sauce, mix lime juice, sour cream, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle the margarita sauce over the tacos before serving.
