- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- For the margarita sauce, mix lime juice, sour cream, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the margarita sauce over the tacos before serving.

- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
