Instructions
- Season the steak: Generously sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of your steak.
- Heat the skillet: In a cast iron skillet, pour in olive oil and heat over medium-high.
- Cook the steak: Gently lay the steak in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Rest the steak: Once cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
