Description

A delicious recipe for sticky BBQ pork ribs that are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any barbecue.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the ribs generously with the sauce mixture.
  5. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes, basting with additional BBQ sauce, until caramelized and sticky.
  9. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce mixture.
  • Adjust the level of sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
  • These ribs can also be cooked in a slow cooker for a more hands-off approach.
