A delicious recipe for sticky BBQ pork ribs that are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any barbecue.

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the ribs generously with the sauce mixture.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes, basting with additional BBQ sauce, until caramelized and sticky.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the sauce mixture.
- Adjust the level of sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- These ribs can also be cooked in a slow cooker for a more hands-off approach.
