- 8 oz noodles (rice noodles, egg noodles, or your favorite type)
- 1 lb beef (thinly sliced, flank or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds.
- Brown the sliced beef in the pan for 3-5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Pour this over the beef.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, and fold in the chopped green onions.
- Serve in warm bowls and enjoy.
