Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles, egg noodles, or your favorite type)
  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced, flank or sirloin)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  4. Brown the sliced beef in the pan for 3-5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Pour this over the beef.
