Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil until hot.
  3. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and thoroughly cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and is glossy.
  6. Toss the drained noodles into the skillet, mixing until coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
