- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil until hot.
- Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and thoroughly cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and is glossy.
- Toss the drained noodles into the skillet, mixing until coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
