Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water; whisk until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat and allow it to thicken.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to evenly coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
