Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water; whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat and allow it to thicken.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to evenly coat with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
