- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

- For extra heat, add more gochujang to the marinade.
