Description

Indulge in juicy chicken thighs marinated in a vibrant blend of honey, gochujang, and soy sauce, creating a sweet and spicy glazed dish perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs, skin-on
  • 2 cloves of garlic (grated)
  • 3 stalks of green onions
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Debone the chicken by removing the bones while keeping the skin intact.
  2. Prepare the marinade by grating garlic into a bowl and adding gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
  4. Cook the chicken using your choice of method: pan-sear, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes.

Notes

For optimal flavor, allow the chicken to marinate overnight. Can substitute with firm tofu for a vegetarian version.
