- 6 boneless chicken thighs, skin-on
- 2 cloves of garlic (grated)
- 3 stalks of green onions
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Debone the chicken by removing the bones while keeping the skin intact.
- Prepare the marinade by grating garlic into a bowl and adding gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
- Cook the chicken using your choice of method: pan-sear, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes.
Notes
For optimal flavor, allow the chicken to marinate overnight. Can substitute with firm tofu for a vegetarian version.
