Description

A delightful layered cheesecake cake featuring fresh strawberries and a creamy filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  7. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Spread whipped cream over the cooled cheesecake layer.
  9. Top with sliced strawberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
