- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: If you use homemade dough, follow your favorite recipe. For store-bought, unfold and let it come to room temperature.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
- Add the Filling: Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Roll and Slice: Starting at one edge, roll the dough into a log and slice into 1 to 1.5-inch thick rolls.
- Bake the Rolls: Place sliced rolls in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the Frosting: Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Frost and Serve: Drizzle frosting over warm rolls and serve immediately.

For make-ahead options, prepare the dough and filling a day prior and refrigerate. Use frozen strawberries if fresh are unavailable.
