- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese (optional)
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries (sliced, optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with sea salt on both sides and add them to the skillet.
- Sear for about 4-5 minutes on one side until golden.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together the strawberry jam, balsamic vinegar, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a serving platter.
- Top with goat cheese, garnish with basil and strawberries.
Notes
You can make the sauce a day in advance. Use an air fryer or oven for cooking alternatives.
