Description

Strawberry Cream Cheesecakes are a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavor of cream cheese with the sweetness of strawberries, creating a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
