- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup pureed strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in pureed strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, add more pureed strawberries.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- This fudge can also be made with other fruit purees for different flavors.
