- 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the chopped strawberries and yogurt together in a medium bowl.
- Combine the oats, chopped nuts, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Pour the strawberry-yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
