Description

Deliciously refreshing strawberry yogurt bars that combine creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a satisfying crunch of oats and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the chopped strawberries and yogurt together in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine the oats, chopped nuts, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the strawberry-yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
