A delicious and juicy stuffed chicken roast recipe that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken (about 4–5 lbs)
- 2 cups of bread crumbs
- 1 cup of cooked spinach
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cooked spinach, Parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the cavity of the whole chicken.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight with your favorite spices.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
