- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and run under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until creamy.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce across the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the shells.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Assemble stuffed shells a day in advance, refrigerate, and bake when ready. Customize with spinach or ground meat for extra flavor.
