Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese, sweet chili sauce, and chopped green onions until well combined.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the feta mixture in the center.
- Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with beaten egg.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle and press the edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wonton rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with additional sweet chili sauce for dipping.
