Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds with olive oil, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
