Description

A delicious and crunchy snack made from roasted pumpkin seeds, seasoned with a sweet and spicy blend.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds with olive oil, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
