Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup creamy sesame dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  5. Serve the shrimp and vegetables over cooked rice.
  6. Drizzle with creamy sesame dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
