Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup creamy sesame dressing
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Serve the shrimp and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Drizzle with creamy sesame dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
