Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the Thai basil, parsley, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar, then pulse again until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
