- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the Thai basil, parsley, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar, then pulse again until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- This chimichurri can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
