  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar.
  5. Add the chopped water chestnuts and green onions, mixing well.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves, garnished with cilantro.
