- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 cup sliced bell peppers

- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, carrots, bell peppers, and cilantro.
- Add the peanut sauce to the chicken mixture and stir until well coated.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
