Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay out the tortillas: Spread a generous spoonful of the peanut sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Add the fillings: Evenly distribute shredded chicken and the crunchy vegetable medley across each tortilla.
  4. Roll it up: Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
