- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey with breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha in another bowl, adding warm water until smooth.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading peanut sauce on each toasted bun, adding a turkey patty, more sauce, and toppings of carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and onion.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
