Description

Ingredients

  • Condiments/Dressings (hummus, tzatziki, or vinaigrette)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the protein: If using chicken or turkey, grill or pan-sear until golden and fully cooked. Slice into strips for easy layering. For plant-based options, roast chickpeas until crispy.
  2. Chop the veggies: On your cutting board, slice up your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the dressing: In your mixing bowl, combine your chosen condiments with a dash of lime juice or vinegar and whisk until smooth.
