Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
