Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine broccoli and mix-ins: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the chopped broccoli, sliced almonds, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
  2. Whisk the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, poppy seeds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
