- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine broccoli and mix-ins: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the chopped broccoli, sliced almonds, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
- Whisk the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, poppy seeds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Notes
