- 4 medium yellow zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Layer half of the zucchini mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the cream and cheese mixture over the zucchini.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini and cream mixture.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs, drizzled with olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
