Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Layer half of the zucchini mixture in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour half of the cream and cheese mixture over the zucchini.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini and cream mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs, drizzled with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
