Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken slices to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Warm pita breads on the grill for a minute.
  6. Assemble wraps by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber in pita bread.
  7. Drizzle with tahini sauce before wrapping.
