Description

A delightful sandwich combining creamy goat cheese, crisp apple slices, and sweet honey, all nestled in a flaky croissant.


Ingredients

  • 2 Croissants
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Arugula (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Nuts (optional)
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) if you want a warm sandwich.
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Layer the apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Optional: Add fresh arugula and nuts on top.
  7. Close the sandwich carefully and serve immediately, or warm in the oven for a few minutes.
