- 2 Croissants
- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 1 Apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Arugula (optional)
- 1/4 cup Nuts (optional)
- Balsamic Glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) if you want a warm sandwich.
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer the apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Optional: Add fresh arugula and nuts on top.
- Close the sandwich carefully and serve immediately, or warm in the oven for a few minutes.
