- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the steaks by patting them dry with paper towels and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steaks in a cast iron skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Make the garlic Parmesan sauce by adding butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to simmer until thickened.
- Combine the steaks with the sauce in the skillet for 1–2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Serve the steaks topped with garlic Parmesan sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
You can marinate the steaks beforehand or even use an air fryer for a quicker option. Adjust seasonings to taste.
