Description

A decadent ribeye steak seared to perfection and drizzled with a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, offering an unforgettable dining experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the steaks by patting them dry with paper towels and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the steaks in a cast iron skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
  3. Make the garlic Parmesan sauce by adding butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine the steaks with the sauce in the skillet for 1–2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. Serve the steaks topped with garlic Parmesan sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can marinate the steaks beforehand or even use an air fryer for a quicker option. Adjust seasonings to taste.
