Creamy and refreshing avocado lime popsicles, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, pit them, and scoop the green flesh into your blender.
- Add the lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), coconut milk (or yogurt), water, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.
- Serve by running molds under warm water for easy release.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for a creamy texture and consider adding mint for extra freshness.
