Description

Creamy and refreshing avocado lime popsicles, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, pit them, and scoop the green flesh into your blender.
  2. Add the lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), coconut milk (or yogurt), water, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.
  6. Serve by running molds under warm water for easy release.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for a creamy texture and consider adding mint for extra freshness.
