Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced avocado, chicken, and cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
