A delicious combination of a cheeseburger and lasagna packed with crispy bacon, rich cheeses, and savory meat sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Introduce the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and mix with marinara sauce. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Layer in a baking dish: spread meat mixture, then noodles, and cheddar cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling a day in advance and refrigerating before baking. Customize with add-ins like bell peppers or mushrooms.
