Description

A delightful blend of sweet Hawaiian rolls, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese, these sliders are a crowd-pleaser perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional toppings: pickles, onions, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Prepare the rolls by slicing them in half horizontally and placing the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked beef over the bottom halves and top with cheese.
  5. Assemble by placing the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. Brush melted butter mixed with minced garlic over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, cutting sliders into squares.
