Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the wheel of brie in a baking dish.
- Arrange the thinly sliced apples around the brie.
- In a small saucepan, combine fig jam and honey over low heat until warmed.
- Drizzle the fig honey glaze over the brie and apples.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
