- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each breast.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
Notes
Make the cream cheese mixture a day in advance for convenience. This dish can also be cooked in an air fryer.
