Description

Baked Cream Cheese Chicken delivers a delightful experience with tender chicken enveloped in a creamy, cheesy topping, perfect for family dinners or impressing guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each breast.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with a side salad or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Make the cream cheese mixture a day in advance for convenience. This dish can also be cooked in an air fryer.
