- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the vegetables: In your baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, and sliced onion. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
- Add the feta by nesting it in the center of your vegetable medley.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the veggies are soft and the feta is golden brown.
- Crack the eggs around the feta, keeping yolks intact.
