- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the pears in half and scoop out the core.
- Arrange the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Combine the mixed berries, honey, chopped walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each pear half with the berry mixture, pressing down lightly.
