Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine steak tips with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the steak tips evenly on one side of a sheet pan.
- Toss assorted vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange them in a single layer on the other side of the pan.
- Roast everything in the oven for 20-25 minutes, checking the steak’s doneness with a meat thermometer.
