- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Marinara sauce (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and space the meatballs for even cooking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce over pasta or as an appetizer.
Notes
Make-ahead by refrigerating shaped meatballs for up to 24 hours before baking. You can also cook them in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
