Description

Indulge in these warm, gooey blueberry cheesecake rolls, combining flaky crescent dough with a luscious cream cheese filling and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent-roll dough (usually 8 rolls)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 23 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Blueberries (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions, usually around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface.
  4. Spoon a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Add a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end, securing the filling inside.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake according to package instructions, around 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra twist, consider adding chocolate chips or a sprinkle of cinnamon to the filling.
