Description

Elegant blueberry goat cheese crostini topped with a sweet blueberry mixture and fresh thyme, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick rounds.
  3. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil using a pastry brush.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat in a small pan. Stir until fully combined.
  6. Gently add the fresh blueberries and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove the pan from heat and fold in fresh thyme.
  8. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted crostini.
  9. Top each crostini with the blueberry mixture and serve immediately.
