Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter until bubbly.
- Dip each brioche slice into the egg mixture, soaking for a few seconds on each side.
- Gently place the soaked bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer cooked slices to a warm plate and serve immediately with maple syrup and powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
