- 4 slices of crispy sourdough bread
- 1 cup creamy stracciatella cheese
- 2 cups Campari tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Campari tomatoes in half and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the tomatoes for 20-25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Toast sourdough slices until golden and crispy.
- Spread stracciatella cheese over the warm toast.
- Top with roasted tomatoes and prosciutto.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Make-ahead: Roasted tomatoes can be prepared a day in advance. Reheat before serving.
