Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup vegan ranch dressing (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the florets with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly onto a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
