- 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a large bowl until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture into a prepared baking dish.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Scatter the crumbled bacon over the cheese.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Dress with ranch dressing after removing from the oven.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
Make ahead by pre-mixing the chicken and Buffalo sauce; it can be stored in the fridge overnight.
