Description

A hearty Buffalo chicken dish topped with crispy bacon and gooey mozzarella, perfect for game nights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  4. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Scatter the crumbled bacon over the cheese.
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Dress with ranch dressing after removing from the oven.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

Make ahead by pre-mixing the chicken and Buffalo sauce; it can be stored in the fridge overnight.
